Red Mountain Trail includes amazing overlooks of Snow Canyon Park. The full trail runs somewhere close to ten miles, but I just did around four miles out and then back. This hike starts out in the pinyon wilderness, then becomes increasingly rocky and sandy. There are several steep ascents, but only moderate difficulty. Some vertigo-inducing drops to the canyon floor. Lots of great cacti and plants. The full trail runs along the western rim of the canyon from the north to the south. My stats, maps, and more photos are on Gaia GPS.
